The Creation 200 is a real work horse. It is reliable, simple, and produces quality drinks. I have had a Creation 200 for several years and it has never been a problem. An additional feature many brewers do not have is the internal water filer. I recommend the Creation 200 as a very good product.

I bought one of these coffee brewing systems at the bargain basement price of $13,774,259.95. Let me tell you, it's worth every penny. I have never tasted a cup of coffee so fresh and delicious as the kind that the AXIOM makes, even using off-the shelf ground coffee. It even makes decaf, as you can see from the rear decanter with the orange handle. Sure, my kids will never attend college, and I'll never be able to retire, or even own a home, car or bicycle, but the way I see it, I am saving a huge amount of money that would otherwise go to expensive coffee shops. In fact, this system is only 4,591,419 cups away from paying for itself!

First of all I don't write these. I am an avid consumer of high end products. I research buys - try them out in stores then order. But this product I love.I did a lot of searching. I wanted an in-line water with filter. Mechanically simple to operate - no digital for my wife to get frustrated. Use a coffee insulated pot with no heated burner, so that the coffee won't burn up in the pot. Some ability to modify brewing for better taste. Use a larger Airpot Commercial grade for parties. Low profile and under $500 and there it was Bunn Wave- 15 S APS Low profile.Been using it daily for 3 months now. I put the grounds in the slide in drip cone - push one mechanical button and walk away. In 4 minutes (programed longer wave drip for richer taste)a perfect rich not bitter multilayered tasting coffee.Everyone who sees it wants it. It's Bunn and will last forever.Perfect

In my opinion, the coffee made by this machine is as perfect as you can make in approximately the space of time it takes to make instant coffee (and in approximately the same physical space). The noise is also much less than I have heard with some other Nespresso machines.No doubt if you choose to grind/roast/grow your own beans you can make better espresso, but for the rest of us the quality is near perfection.The only issue I have is that you are limited in the height of a cup you can fit under the spout. A standard coffee cup fits fine, but if you want to use anything that is much taller, then most cups do not fit - and I prefer to use the espresso capsules to make a big cup. Even my shortest non-coffee cups do not fit unless I jam them in at an angle. An extra 1/4" of height would be nice....Oh, and buy your capsules from Nespresso.com. The Amazon.com merchants are reselling genuine capsules at a significant markup. Each capsule is somewhere around 50c or so each and while that is not cheap, it is not bad for me. Not mentioned in the product description is you get an assortment of 16 capsules, so you can decide what you like before you place an order.edit: Maximum cup height; about 3.25"

It may not cause you to forget your favorite Italian or French cafe espresso, but this machine comes pretty close, without the airfare and hotel. Easy to use, the Essenza pumps out crema-laden coffee time after time. With a $130 price tag and the capsules that go for $.55 each, you're even financially with Starbuck's after 100 cups, and from there the savings mount up. (A back-of-the-envelope calculation is that if you buy this machine and drink roughly an espresso a day during the first year -- versus going to Starbuck's for the same thing -- you will save over $300.) Moreover, the quality of Essenza's espresso is more consistent than espressos I've had at Starbuck's, Caribou, etc. The only question now is the machine's durability, but for now, after a month of use, I'm definitely sold!

My friend had the Keurig. I liked it. Then my sister-in-law got the Tassimo. I loved it and bought one. I rate the Tassimo much higher for quality of the beverages/taste than the Keurig, and have tasted many brands of cups for both. Still loving my Tassimo (even after having to replace the rubber gromet around the piercing blade - which you can get for cheap online) me the the Mrs went to Cancun for our honeymoon, and there in the room was this - the Nepresso, and a few coffee capsules and cups awaiting our arrival. We filled the container with some bottled water, plugged it in, waited until it stopped warming up (only a minute or so), then brewed a cup without needing any directions. Without words, my wife took the first sip and glared at me - then handed me the cup to taste. I said it first - "holy crap is that amazing or what!". Completely in a different league than either Keurig or Tassimo, I said "this tastes exactly like the coffee we get from those $,5000 Late machines". Not only in taste, but texture. Never did we imagine the coffee froth and that much taste from these small capsules. Smaller than the K-cups, so you wonder how they can be so much better!While there in our room in Cancun, I ordered this one online at Amazon so it would be at our door when we returned from vacation. We just got back and are loving it! Now why only 4 stars with this glowing review? Just a caution: I THOUGHT I was buying the same model as was in our room. While it brews the same, the difference is, the one in our room had TWO buttons for brewing - one to brew a small cup, and one adds more water to brew a big cup. The hotel room model just said "Essenza" and it seemed that was the only choice online. I don't know if the newer model was at our hotel in Cancun, or that was the older model and the replacement Essenze is manual brew, or if they sell both but I missed the slight difference. But when ours arrived, although it looked identical, and was the Essenza, our model, instead of a small coffee button on the left of the spout and a large coffee brew button on the right, it had a red Power button on the left, and Coffee (brew) button on the right. With this model, you have to REMEMBER TO PRESS THE COFFEE BUTTON A SECOND TIME TO STOP IT! If you want a smaller cup of coffee. My bad for not seeing "manual" in the description! But when looking at the model from our room in Cancun, which was Essenza, there seemed only to be one model, so I didn't give it much thought in my excitment to buy it!. Since we always prefer a smaller cup that is stronger, now we have to press to start then press to STOP brewing. I then tested to see if it would stop at a large cup if you don't stop it - no - this is a completely manual brewer only - will not stop until you press the brew button a second time. More for your decision making: Me and the wife bought this for strong cups, expresso, latte, etc. We only want 3-5 oz servings so we know it will be strong. Not really interested in making large cups of coffee for the drive to work in the morning. But another consideration for those of you who may want to brew larger cups - large cups don't fit under the spout. Removing the grate does not help - about a standard 6 oz ceramic cup of coffee is all that will barely fit under the spout. Yes fairly simple to hold a larger cup at an angle, which I suppose is important since you cannot leave it unattended since it won't stop by itself! Couple that with the fact that it's manual brew, and I've decided to see if Amazon will take this back (even though we brewed 2 cups), and pay double to get whatever model higher had automatic stop buttons! Again absolutely love and amazed at the quality of brewing several different coffees from our machine in Cancun, we look forward to getting the next model up, so it'll be auto stop and repeatable consistency when we are making 5 or so cups for guests - not wondering who got the strong or weak cup. It comes with a set of 10 capsules, all different. To the point... Could not fine support for any questions I had through the Briel Company in the USA. The phone number in the espresso machine help book was Out Of Service. The instruction book, I feel needs more pictures to help individuals locate and understand usage of the espresso machine than what Briel offers. (Example) You need to turn the ON Switch fully to the right until you here a Click or the Machine will not brew and acts like it has a Vapor Lock which it doesn't. This why Briel gets only four stars from me. The Briel ES200APG-TB is really a Great Machine as long as you fully understand it's operation. I would recommend this product to my friends.

I've had my ES200 APG-TB for just about a year, and while I did have to consult the service center, I was VERY impressed with their responsiveness. When I called, I connected DIRECTLY to a service representative - no computer menu - a real live person! The service rep walked me through a quick trouble-shooting procedure, diagnosed the problem, and the replacement part was delivered in very short order - that level of customer support is a rare find in today's business world.And does the ES200 ever look great on my counter!!! It even looks better in real life than in the pictures - and the pictures look great. Also, the ability to use coffee pods sure makes life easy - no fuss - no mess - perfect brew!! One very satisfied Briel customer!!!!

I bought this machine to replace an older model of the same machine that served me well for many years. With that machine, I learned that the Briel is a wonderful machine for someone who is willing to work a bit to adjust the machine settings for a personalized espresso. It is not for the user that wants to push a button and be done. I knew this when purchasing this machine. Yet, as first I could not get the espresso to flow through the filter basket despite many attempts. I knew the machine was working fine, but I must be doing something wrong. Since I live near by, I called the service center to ask if I could come by, and they were very helpful on the phone and welcomed my visit. There, the owner came by and promptly stepped up and plugged my machine in. He spent about a half hour with me, and we found the right filter basket and right adjustment for a perfect flow. Thank you Steve! This is a great machine but may take some personal adjusting at first.

To the point... Could not fine support for any questions I had through the Briel Company in the USA. The phone number in the espresso machine help book was Out Of Service. The instruction book, I feel needs more pictures to help individuals locate and understand usage of the espresso machine than what Briel offers. (Example) You need to turn the ON Switch fully to the right until you here a Click or the Machine will not brew and acts like it has a Vapor Lock which it doesn't.
