This Italian espresso capsule machine is specifically for Danesi, Manaresi and LavAzza compatable Sfinge Espresso Point capsules, also called cartridges. Each espresso coffee capsule is filled with some of the finest, perfectly ground coffee offering a simple and consistent way to brew authentic espresso. Used with our Espresso Point machine these convenient capsules eliminate the difficulties normally associated with brewing espresso such as coffee quality, measuring, grind fineness and tamp pressure.
Important Note: These Espresso Point machine is only designed for Danesi, Manaresi and LavAzza Espresso Point machines. Other types of espresso capsules, cartridges, pods like LavAzza BLUE, Nespresso or ESE pods do not fit.

If you are looking for a Lavazza coffee machine, THIS IS NOT IT. This coffee machine is a Sfinge coffee machine. Do you know that brand? I sure do not, and I would have never bought this machine at the price they are asking, especially if you look a little further, there is a Lavazza coffee machine for $22 more than this one. PLUS, this one came with 2 scratches on the side, which the company blames on the shipping company, although the scratches were UNDER the protective cardboard which rested on top of the machine, and when we tried the coffee maker, water was leaking all out from under the base. We live in the Bahamas and returning it is not an option, so we decided to open it and see if we could find the problem. We found it. The high pressure hose was not connected and the bracket that should have held it in place was at the bottom of the machine on the INSIDE of the body. By the way, the machine's company blamed that problem on the shipping company also. Will I EVER do business with Italian Bean Company again? Take a wild guess!This part of the review is addressed to Amazon.Whoever is in charge of the advertising of the products offered by independent sellers should really discourage false or misleading advertising such as which I have been a victim of. When I was browsing through Amazon for a Lavazza coffee machine, this part of the description is what convinced me to purchase the coffee maker that I am now stuck with..."Our Lavazza Point Capsules Automatic Espresso Machine can compete with espresso machines in the range of $500 and more." This is the description next to the coffee machine..." Lavazza Espresso Point Cartridge compatible Automatic Espresso Machine". Nowhere do they say the actual name of the machine they are actually selling (which is Sfinge), which leads you to believe that you are actually looking at a Lavazza coffee machine. I am really disappointed with Amazon also. I trusted them and the businesses they are allowing to advertize on their site. Now I'll be thinking twice before I make an expensive purchase because once I receive the item, I am stuck with it. I do not have the privilege of calling a courier company and ask them to take the item back.
